10013 / roof with a view
An apartment renovation as a series of acupunctures. A kitchen that responds to the perimeter of two rooms, a bedroom closet and curtain rails that bring back centrality to a room, a freestanding metallic stair playing with the conditions of successive rooms. And a roof canopy that unites the overshadowed design of the rear facade while creating an additional ‘exterior room’ to the living room enfilade.
